GH4169性能3.1.1因GH4169合金中鈮含量高,合金中的鈮偏析成份都與冶金工藝直接相關。電渣重熔和真空電弧熔煉的熔煉速度和電極棒的質(zhì)量狀態(tài)直接影響材質(zhì)的優(yōu)劣。熔速快,易形成富鈮的黑斑;熔速慢,會形成貧鈮的白斑;電極棒表面質(zhì)量差和電極棒內(nèi)部有裂紋,均易導致白斑的形成,所以,提高電極棒質(zhì)量和控制熔速及提高鋼錠的凝固速率是冶煉工藝的關鍵因素。為避免鋼錠中的元素偏析過重,采用的鋼錠直徑不大于508mm。品均化工藝必須確保鋼錠中的L相完全溶解。鋼錠兩階段均勻化和中間坯二次均勻化處理的時間,根據(jù)鋼錠和中間坯的直徑而定。均勻化工藝的控制與材料中鈮的偏析程度直接相關。生產(chǎn)中采用的1160℃,20h+1180℃,44h的均勻化工藝,尚不足以消除鋼錠中心的偏析,因此建議采用以下工藝:1.1150℃~1160℃,20h~30h+1180℃~1190℃,110h~130h;2.1160℃,24h+1200℃,70h。3.1.2 經(jīng)均勻化處理的合金具有良好的熱加工性能。鋼錠的開坯加熱溫度不得超過1120℃。鍛件的鍛造工藝應根據(jù)鍛件使用狀況和應用要求,結(jié)合生產(chǎn)廠的條件而定。開坯和生產(chǎn)鍛件時,中間退火溫度和終端溫度必須根據(jù)零件所需要的組織狀態(tài)和性能來確定,一般情況下,鍛造的終端溫度控制在930℃~950℃之間為宜。各類鍛件的鍛造溫度和變形程度見表5-1表3-1鍛件類別第一次鍛造第一次鍛造第二次鍛造第二次鍛造晶粒度/級晶粒度/級-加熱溫度/℃變形量/%加熱溫度/℃變形量/%基本晶粒個別大晶粒普通1065~1090---1040~1065---4~6允許高強1040~1065---1010~104030~508≥2直接時效995~1025>50970~995>5010≥2預熱工件在加熱之前和加熱過程中都必須進行表面清理,保持表面清潔。若加熱環(huán)境含有硫、磷、鉛或其他低熔點金屬,GH4169合金將變脆。雜質(zhì)來源于做標記的油漆、粉筆、潤滑油、水、燃料等。燃料的硫含量要低,如液化氣和天然氣的雜質(zhì)含量要低于0.1%,城市煤氣的硫含量要低于0.25g/m3,石油氣的硫含量低于0.5%是理想的。加熱的電爐最好要具有較精確的控溫能力,爐氣必須為中性或弱堿性,應避免爐氣成分在氧化性和還原性中波動。熱加工GH4169合金合適的熱加工溫度為1120-900℃,冷卻方式可以是水淬或其他快速冷卻方式,熱加工后應及時退火以保證得到最佳的性能。熱加工時材料應加熱到加工溫度的上限,為了保證加工時的塑性,變形量達到20%時的終加工溫度不應低于960℃。冷加工冷加工應在固溶處理后進行,GH4169的加工硬化率大于奧氏體不銹鋼,因此加工設備應作相應調(diào)整,并且在冷加工過程中應有中間退火過程。熱處理不同的固溶處理和時效處理工藝會得到不同的材料性能。由于γ”相的擴散速率較低,所以通過長時間的時效處理能使GH4169合金獲得最佳的機械性能。打磨在GH4169工件焊縫附近的氧化物要比不銹鋼的更難以去除,需要用細砂帶打磨,在硝酸和氫氟酸的混合酸中酸洗之前,也要用砂紙去除氧化物或進行鹽浴預處理。機加工GH4169的機加工需在固溶處理后進行,要考慮到材料的加工硬化性,與奧氏體不銹鋼不同的是, GH4169適合采用低表面切削速度。焊接沉淀硬化型的GH4169合金很適合于焊接,無焊后開裂傾向。適焊性、易加工性、高強度是這種材料的幾大優(yōu)點。GH4169適合于電弧焊、等離子焊等。在焊接前,材料表面要潔凈、無油污、無粉筆記號等,焊縫周圍25mm 范圍內(nèi)要打磨露出光亮的金屬。GH4169 推薦使用的焊接材料:GTAW/GMAWNicrofer S 5219W.-Nr. GH4169(GH169) 一、GH4169 概述 GH4169合金是以體心四方的γ"和面心立方的γ′相沉淀強化的鎳基高溫合金,在-253~700℃溫度范圍內(nèi)具有良好的綜合性能,650℃以 下的屈服強度居變形高溫合金的首位,并具有良好的抗疲勞、抗輻射、抗氧化、耐腐蝕性能,以及良好的加工性能、焊接性能和長期組織穩(wěn)定性,能夠制造各種形狀 復雜的零部件,在宇航、核能、石油工業(yè)中,在上述溫度范圍內(nèi)獲得了極為廣泛的應用。 該合金的另一特點是合金組織對熱加工工藝特別敏感,掌握合金中相析出和溶解規(guī)律及組織與工藝、性能間的相互關系,可針對不同的使用要求制定合理、 該合金的化學成分分為3類:標準成分、優(yōu)質(zhì)成分、高純成分,見表1-1。優(yōu)質(zhì)成分的在標準成分的基礎上降碳增鈮,從而 減少碳化鈮的數(shù)量,減少疲勞源和增加強化相的數(shù)量,提高抗疲勞性能和材料強度。同時減少有害雜質(zhì)和氣體含量。高純成分是在優(yōu)質(zhì)標準基礎上降低硫和有害雜質(zhì)
